These terms govern use of Guzzlefish.app during its alpha period. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and in a way that supports a trustworthy collector catalog.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity. Use accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and do not attempt to access another person's account or private collection data.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Guzzlefish for malicious, illegal, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, spammy, or disruptive activity. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass authentication or authorization checks, upload malicious content, or use the app to harass or threaten others.

User Content and Catalog Contributions

You may submit release metadata, corrections, profile information, messages, artwork links, and other content. You keep any rights you have in your submissions, but you grant Guzzlefish the permission needed to store, display, process, moderate, edit, and use those submissions to operate and improve the service and shared catalog.

Only submit information and artwork you have the right to provide. Do not knowingly submit fabricated releases, misleading metadata, unrelated artwork, spam, or malicious links.

Catalog Accuracy

Physical-media data is messy. Guzzlefish uses user submissions and external sources, and records may be incomplete, incorrect, duplicated, or disputed. The catalog is provided as a helpful reference, not a guarantee of accuracy, value, rarity, legality, or completeness.

External Data and Links

Guzzlefish may link to or retrieve information from third-party sources. Those services are not controlled by Guzzlefish, and their content, availability, and terms may differ from ours.

Moderation

Guzzlefish may remove content, reject submissions, limit functionality, or restrict accounts when needed to protect the service, users, or catalog integrity.

Intellectual Property

Guzzlefish.app, its interface, code, branding, and original text are owned by their respective owners. Movie, television, studio, distributor, retailer, and artwork rights belong to their respective rights holders.

Alpha Availability

Guzzlefish is an alpha service and may change, pause, break, lose features, or become unavailable. The service is provided without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.
